This website is operated by Trust Me Nanny Agency (“Platform”). All users who access our platform and use our services are deemed to have accepted the following terms.
1. Scope of Service
Our platform provides intermediary services between foreign nanny candidates and families in Turkey and abroad. Only matching is done during the placement process of nannies. Salary payments and employment relationships are made directly between the family and the nanny. The platform does not act as an employer in this process.
2. Legal Responsibilities
The legal employment processes of caregivers are subject to the legislation of the relevant country. Families accept all legal responsibilities arising from the employment process. For families who wish, the necessary procedures can be carried out with professional support through our legal advisor.
3. User Accounts and Membership
On our website, separate user accounts can be created for both employers and caregiver candidates. Caregiver candidates are added to the candidate database by filling out the application form. All users undertake that the information they provide during the membership process is accurate.
4. Payment and Service Fees
Some parts of the Platform are currently available free of charge. In the future, paid packages for consulting, matching and other services will be offered. These fees will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. International Service
Trust Me Nanny Agency operates on a global scale. Users using the platform must be knowledgeable about the legislation and practices of different countries and are obliged to comply with these rules.
6. Data Security and Privacy

7. Right to Amendment
The Platform reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice. Updated terms shall be deemed valid from the moment they are published on the website.
