As Trust Me Nanny Agency (“Platform”), we only provide mediation and matching services between the families we serve and foreign nanny candidates. Therefore, we would like to emphasize that we do not create any employment relationship and we do not have the title of an employer.

1. Nature of Service

The service offered by our platform is the establishment of the first contact between the family and the caregiver, the recommendation of the appropriate profile and the execution of the necessary information processes. This service ends before a direct business relationship is established between the parties.

2. Refund Requests

Since the service provided includes consultancy, data evaluation and matching activities, no refunds are possible after the service is completed.

No refunds will be made in the following cases:

• Disagreement between family and caregiver

• Termination of the relationship by one of the parties

• Disputes between the parties

• The caregiver does not start work or leaves at short notice

3. Mediation and Support

As a platform, we try to provide mediation support in communication problems or compliance processes that may arise between the parties. However, this support does not create any commitment, guarantee or refund obligation.

4. Limits of Liability

Since our platform does not act as an employer, it does not assume any direct or indirect financial or legal responsibility regarding the employment relationship to be established between the parties.
